T&T Update                 August 2007    Theme for 2007...                    "My portion is the Lord, says my soul;                                                         therefore will I hope in him"                      (Lamentations 3:24)   TV on 4th September The 4th episode of “Renewed by the Spirit” hosted by CFC on Trinity Network is scheduled for Tuesday 4th September 2007 at 8:00 PM. The focus will be on the SFC ministry.  Your support and prayers are needed for this evangelization outreach to have its full effect.   YFC in Concert at Maraval Heard it was a blast!!  A t short notice the Maraval Parish filled up to see and hear the exciting Music Ministry….. and raise some funds.   Nicely done Maraval/Paraman   SFC – A genda  Our inside spy on SFC happenings lodged the following report 1. SFC A ssembly will be held every four months. The next one will on Saturday A ugust 25th    9:30 - 12:00pm  - Praise & Worship,  Talk on Courtship followed by /Discussion) 12:00 pm until     -  lime,  to Maracas Waterfall till about 4ish. 2.  SFC Leaders of the A mericas meet  in Costa Rica 12th – 14th October.  For more details contact Fran 663-9512   All Inclusive It was bigger than ever!!  More people, more music, live band, dancing competition and even live line dancing led by the dance champions.  The food was delicious.  We will forgive the organizers for running out of corn soup – only ‘cause the others were really good.  The evening was entertainment and enjoyment.  Feedback is that a bigger venue will have to be found for next year’s A ll Inclusive.   Pastoral Formation First Year formation, has been ongoing. Sangre Grande, Tunapuna, St. A ugustine and Morvant have already completed at least 4 of the 7 talks.  Congratulations.  The rest of us have to keep up since this training is mandatory for all members,.  May we suggest that your unit leaders let us know when your training is scheduled.  That way we can combine units for training or at least tag along for talks we may have missed in our units.  If no training is being announced in your unit, let us know so that the Pastoral Team can provide support to make it happen. Meanwhile plans are afoot for the resumption of Household Leaders Formation.  This time instead of a centralized training venue, each unit will schedule and deliver the Formation.  Great work Unit Leaders. Thank you for your labours in the vineyard!!   Evangelisation Sangre Grande is leading the way with a household CLP in progress!!  Other CLPs are being planned for four potential venues. God is with us, to bless and help us.  God ' s spirit is all around us. We need not waver in our faith or in our prayers.  A ll power is God ' s. We can say that to ourselves often and steadily.  We can say it until our hearts sing with joy for the safety and personal power that it can mean to us. We can say it until the very force of the utterance drives back and puts to nothing all the evils around us.  We can use it as a battle cry.  A ll power is the Lord ' s.  Then we can pass on to victory over all our sins and temptations, and we can begin to live a victorious life. =: P R A Y E R   F O R   T H E   D A Y  :=. I pray that with strength from God I may lead an abundant life.  I pray that I may lead a life of victory.
